Reply message failed as the message has expired

Test emails work fine and I even did a few live test and they worked fine. When I replied to an email that was an earlier reply I got the following failed response in my inbox:

Message reply you sent failed to post as the message has expired.

Please advise.

Hi @bradleyrf, We have checked for it and something due to timestamp set by mailing system may expire but it have very less possibility.
We have run several test case to replicate it, never got “message has expired” response.
