People getting access to courses they've not yet purchased

Hello,

I am having some trouble and woothemes indicated that it might be my theme causing this problem – a student who buys a course through direct bank transfer, cheque or cash on delivery gets access to the lesson content before the order is even completed. However, up to the point where they put the course in their cart, the access is restricted. It’s only at the moment when they check out and the appropriate order is created, even if the order status is ‘processing’ or ‘on hold’, they see everything inside the course.

Is it the theme causing this? How can it be fixed? Is this happening for anyone else?

@vapvarun, see that’s the thing, it works as intended without the boss theme and plugins activated. So it’s hardly their fault, but I’ve asked them for assistance anyway, a few days ago. Waiting for further assistance from both ends. 🙂

we have not modified any step in that process, so it might be just configuration issue

@vapvarun – went through it all on my end, it’s set up the way it’s supposed to. Can you take a look at it when you’re able please? Just so you could see what’s happening?
