New LearnDash Version – Button Not Visible

Hello,

There is a new Learn Dash version coming out and I’m a BETA tester. This new version has course certificates that are accessible via a button on the course page once the course is completed and I noticed that with the Social Learner theme, this button is not visible and I don’t think there’s any other way to access the completion certificate.

Please consider making this button visible before/when the new version is launched.

Hi @judeamedia, We have added support of the latest version and it’s updated last night

for content display plugin which need one addition modification.

Thank you so much! I applied the change, but I still don’t see a button or anything to print the certificate. Maybe I read your reply wrong?

I have now hit this same problem. There is no way for the learner to see the certificates achieved having completed a Learndash course quiz – the only chance to print is when the quiz has just been taken.

There is nowhere in the learner profile where the learner can reprint the certificate.

Or is there some option I have not set?

Hi @icuc,

When a certificate is earned, you should be able to reprint it for the quiz..

For reprinting certificates, just use the [ld_profile] shortcode. This will show a list of all quizzes taken and provide a way to reprint the certificates.

I have now found it. I did not realise that I had to click to expand to get the details and then access to the certificate.
