How do you implement and make the ipad menu the same as mobile menu please?

We have just created a BuddyBoss Super Mobile theme see introduction here: https://www.buddyboss.com/support-forums/topic/initial-instructions/
The only issue is that this new mobile theme would need to be used in conjunction with a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/device-theme-switcher/
