Lines Separating Posts on Homepage (And Elsewhere)

Is there a way to add a line to separate post displays say, on the homepage or when they’re viewed by category, etc.?

I’m guessing it would be somewhere in the Appearance section?

Tried another route with it. Downloaded the WP Editor plug-in, activated it, chose css, then custom css and added the code you linked to, at the bottom. It worked a treat!
