installation of Boss. – 1.1.6 (current version) doesnt work

Hello, when I install Boss. – 1.1.6 (current version)
I get this :

No data received

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I was able to install the child theme. Of course it says that it cant be activated without the parent theme.

What am I doing wrong in the installation? I am installing through the wordpress / themes / Add new / upload zip file.

Hi @tasosh , welcome to community. first upload boss zip then upload child theme . It might be giving you that response due to big file size of boss theme. Try to upload file via filezilla .

Hello, I have a different problem now.

In the front page displays, when I select to have a “static page” instead of “Your latest posts” I am not sure where to find “your latest posts” to make it the posts page.

Hi @tasosh, please do not use Activity page for the blog updates, Activity page is reserved for Buddypress Activity Create a new page for blog and use it.

How can I create a new page that will display all user’s posts. I do not want a page that will display my latest posts, but everyone’s. thanks,

Hey @tasosh, Create a page with name Blog and and select it as Posts Page, after apply save changes it will start displaying all post on Blog page.
