Install not working

Installed per the supplied video and when I activate the Child Theme, white screen….nothing

@jolster did you install the child theme via FTP or via WordPress uploader? Were there any server errors supplied to you? Was you host able to help resolve the initial issue? Try uploading again and let me know if you get the same results.

I tried both WordPress uploader and FTP, same result, no server errors provided, this is not a host issue, everything works fine for any theme including BuddyBoss which works perfectly, but the minute I activate the Boss child theme, I get a white screen and this in the URL box “http://www.jolesplace.com/wp-admin/themes.php?action=activate&stylesheet=boss-child&_wpnonce=dfffe99bf1, I have tried this 3 times from a clean install with same result, I’m starting to regret spending $129. Please advise how we can rectify this or I will pursue a refund.

I am having the same issue in our staging environment. Installed Boss per the video tutorial and receive white screen and no ability to get back into the admin console. Tried a few URLs, all white screen. I received no errors during the upload/install process and the Boss and Boss-Child folders are now visible on the server and both are populated with sub-folders and files.

template = boss
stylesheet = boss-child
current_theme = Boss. Child Theme

@mkrienke please make sure BuddyPress is installed prior to activating the media and wall plugins
