How to add Plugin or Widget above Wall tab

I am trying to have a plugin called Frontend Checklist which adds a customizable checklist for users above below my wall activity.

I guess my general question is, how can a widget/plugin be added to the wall’s functionality.

I know this requires coding, but I am not sure where to start, any help would be appreciated.

Hi @teknology, it will not need to integrate with Wall plugin
You can modify activity template and to display it.
You can get corresponding files inside
parent-theme/buddypress/activity/
