I was wondering if in the near future, you could add an option for the appearance of excerpt post on home page to be masonry grid instead of one column content full width. The featured image is so wide and small height, each featured image must be customized to look decent. I would prefer a 2 column masonry grid so that the featured images, which most photos are more “square” in dimension can simply be used as-is.

The current layout causes the photo to expand, thus reducing the quality of the image, and only showing the center portion. Therefore I have made a template and customize ever featured image so it looks halfway decent. This is time consuming to do with every post.

If we had a masonry grid style layout option, the featured images would fit properly because they would be more standard to common photo dimensions.

Hi @jomik12, there are several plugin which facilitate grid features, now days page builder also contain such features.
