Fatal error User Photos Slug

Hello,
I’ve installed Buddyboss media but it isn’t working, I get this error inside BuddyBoss Media > General Settings

User Photos Slug Fatal error: Call to undefined function buddyboss_media_default_component_slug() in /home/mydomain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-media/includes/admin.php on line 296

How can I fix this?
I’m on wp multisite

before I were using rtmedia, is it possible that I’ve got a conflict between them?

@brincy what version of the plugin are you running? I suggest you download the latest version. This function should no longer exist in the plugin.

I’m using Ver. 1.0.2 – September 5, 2014
and that function exist it set the slug as “Photos”
I think its a conflict with rtmedia

I’ve edited that function manually, not it works but when I click on the “Photo” tab my template doens’t look good. How can I create a new or use my default template for the buddyboss media “Photo” tab as well?

@brincy it appears the photo page does not work with Multisite at all. I will need to escalate this to our developers.
