Hello, where can I download the demo content of the social marketplace as used in your demo? I want to replicate your demo for easy setup.

Hi @bruce7075, To import the demo content xml file, Go to admin panel Select Tools > Import > Select the last option WordPress >

If you are using it first time so it will ask you to install ‘WordPress Importer’ just click on ‘Install’ button..after the click on Activate Plugin & Run Importer

If you have installed the importer then Choose a file and upload file and import.

I am also a new customer. After trying hard, I have made the theme working but not all. I still trying hard to let it same as the demo site.

I’m also getting incomplete demo import errors.

Got most of the pages working but came across the following error on my Marketpanel widget.

Your server is getting a timeout due to PHP limitation that’s why you are getting a blank page.
Hi @duncanwaldek the warning messages you are getting are scheduled to get fixed in next version update.

Hi @honeycome, I checked your site and it has ‘Error establishing a database connection’ most of the times this error happens because of some sort of server error however there could be other factors as well.

Query are getting terminated that’s why the error is occurring.

Thank you Pallavi, I could load the link on my side with chrome but not with IE. Don’t know why. Please try to load it without http://www, that is loading in both case
