    if you select Birthdate of this plugin in the xprorfile field that doesnt show up/display on the front end. i mean the register page.

    this works for all other BP themes.

    plz check and suggest

    @pallavi you had mentioned this “We have checked it at our end and its working fine” send me your website link to check if its working or not….and did your developers get time to see this issue? or busy travelling to India?

    We apologize for the delayed response, we are aware of the poor support performance over the last few weeks and are working hard on getting this back to normal.
    Meanwhile, I’m having some developers join and try to help with this emergency situation.  

    Logging into customer sites is an extra. This is not part of theme support. Imaging having to log into every customers’s site. Pallavi made that promise, which is why we’re following through with it.

    Pallavi is not here today, and I have sent Paresh to urgently help on this product forum.
    Thanks for your patience, and please cooperate, so we can help get this resolved for you.

    Note: We cannot support perfectly, every plugin out there. Boss has built in support for dozens of plugins, but, we can’t hit them all at once…So, please be patient with this.

    And yes, WordCamp Mumbai was happening during the weekend and we had part of our team there.

    That details already passed on to Pallavi who honestly as no clue as to what I asked.

    She claimed its working at her side. And then she claims she would pass it on to developers!!!

    That’s why wanted to see how she got working. She has not replied to giving me her site details.

    Yes am aware you are not supposed to log into customers websites. Nor am I asking for it honestly speaking.

    I am asking Pallavi to log me into her site where she got it working

    I have tested this pluging with only bp active. Else I wouldn’t have raised this support ticket.

    Anyways its an external plugin so wont bother on this issue

    Plz check on the other 2 issues which would have your mentions. This 2 issues are regarding your plugins.
