    @usha

    We have BuddyPress site with Boss theme that was configured as part of a custom development project by BuddyBoss. Included in it is the BuddyBoss Wall.

    When I try to get to Wall settings, I get an error message that says: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Any idea how to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

    I have the excat same problem, on a simple buddyboss setup – did anyone find any solutions?

    I been testing:

    I have a absolute fresh install nothing but buddyboss+buddyboss media+buddyboss wall.

    And I get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” when I click wall settings.

    I am wondering is this a php 5.6. issue, as I have a debian 8 server with php 5.6? and I have never come across similar issue on other environments.

    I have same issue on fresh install on my ubuntu 14 VPS so php 5.6 is not the issue.
    I even have the same problem on my local machine, on my local machine I even did “ sudo chmod 777 * -R “ on everything and still get.

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    @anonymousemail can you please verify the version of BuddyPress you have installed?

    Hi TJ.

    I assume I had all the newest software, I even tested with old versions, but without success to reach WALL settings – who knows why.

    But no worriers anymore, everything is working on my centos VPS.

    permalinks are a real pain when your installation is not a LAMP… *(Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP)… if you have problems driving different Permalinks configurations, check that before trying to recode a plugin… 🙂
