    Hi @wp_flamingo,

I am also having some problems with BadgeOS, but to be honest I think that it’s more of an issue with poor coding in BadgeOS. I have been talking to another developer about it and he had to push a workaround plugin to get his plugin working alongside BadgeOS. Other users have reported similar issues here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/badgeos-block-learndash-lessons-list?replies=18
    https://github.com/opencredit/badgeos/issues?page=2&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lovely-logo-generator-awful-functionality?replies=2#post-

Anyway it’s the only badge system that I know of for WordPress so hopefully it will improve.

As for the course grid, the Boss for LearnDash 1.0.6 update actually fixed a couple of things on my end since I had some featured course images with different dimensions. Now they are all exactly the same dimension in the course grid. Its true that it looks a bit weird (perhaps futuristic?) with the new update but I think you can change it with some custom css. Perhaps BuddyBoss support can be of help here.

Some positive points from the recent update: the change between group and course now retains the same look which helps a lot of users on my end and with the promise of new staff members for support and the recent announcement of more frequent updates (https://www.buddyboss.com/support-forums/topic/recent-updates-please-explain/) it’s looking a bit more promising for the future of Social Learner.

Anyway I understand your frustrations I just wanted to share my thoughts on this.

I hope that your issues will be resolved. Have a great day! 🙂

    Best regards,
    Michael

    Hi, @mln83

thank you for your supportive..but, I bought social learner for 229 dollars, since 12 july 2015..

This issues are still exist until now. Do you think is it fair to customers?

    Hi @wp_flamingo,

True – It’s a lot of money for an unfinished product (lets be honest here). I made the same bet when LearnDash came out in 2013 and it took a looong time for that product to mature. In the first year, LearnDash developers spent a lot of time trying to catch up with bug fixing and get their product to work as promised.

I think that BuddyBoss is going through the same process while they are also launching other products. Perhaps it would help with a more regular communication flow from management regarding bug fixing/roadmap etc.

Back to the LearnDash story: a developer wrote a nice article about the LearnDash code quality prior to September 2015:
    http://blackhillswebworks.com/2015/01/23/comparing-learndash-and-sensei-wordpress-lms-lessons-learned-the-hard-way/

I hope that it won’t take 2 years to get on top of things for Social Learner but I do expect more bugs down the road. Thats just how software development is like. I remember when I studied in college, months were spent on debugging code but luckily I didn’t have any customers to care for 🙂

Anyway I hope you get help fixing the bugs on your site.

    Best regards,
    Michael

    hi @mln83,

you are right!!!! it’s unfinished product. Perhaps, they should consider it as prelaunch and customers could use it for free! Until they finish and then Can sell!!!

I really do hope they wouldn’t charge me for the next renewal, if they are fair enough…

LearnDash didn’t cost that much as the social learner!, When i made the decision to buy this theme, what came in my mind was that the price. It’s expensive and i expect that they are premium… Otherwise buying theme from themeForest cost only 59 dollars, it’s more worth spent!

In between, I expect the support from the social learner by now. But as you can see, you are talking with me about the problems but not the Social Learner. Where is SOCIAL LEARNER?

But thank you for your supportive.
