Activation Email not sending

I need help figuring out where to go. The activation email used to send. It stopped working a few days ago…around the time I updated boss. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it, but here’s what I know…

– Other email on the site works great. They can go to the contact page and it will send me an email just fine.
– It’s not in the junkmail folder.
– I tried refreshing cache
– I installed various SMTP plug ins and configured them (only one at a time of course). It sends out successful test emails but activation emails still never come.
– I disabled all my plug ins except buddypress. Still not activation email.
– I’ve tried several different types of emails accounts.

The strangest thing is that it worked earlier. I’m not sure what changed.

I just tried disabling all plugins except buddypress and changing themes and it still doesn’t work. I’m going to try to install aSMTP plug in with all other plug ins disabled and see if that helps. I’m just stumped still!

I have checked your site and follow the registration process it seems fine now..I got the activation link and logged-in into the site.

Perfect. Thank you. After I asked the question, I worked on this for a few more hours and then took a break. I’m really glad to hear that it actually worked. I installed about half a dozen different plug ins and it looks like the last one finally worked
