This issue is now fully resolved, after a few tries i managed to get great support from Knownhost who found the following issue and fixed it.

They also recompiled PHP with Zend Guard as well as a few standard PHP modules to get everything back to normal, still not 100% sure what caused the errors, but now back to be a happy chappy 😀
Also i would like to point out to any cloudflare users that the rocket function can and does cause issues with some wordpress plugins.
