Filters the subject that the notification uses upon successful registration without blog.

Description

Parameters

$value

(string) Email notification subject text.

$recipient_username

(string) The user's login name.

$recipient_email

(string) The user's email address.

$key

(string) The activation key created in wpmu_signup_blog().

$meta

(array) Removed in 2.5; now an empty array.
