Filters the group promotion notification message that will be sent to user.
Description
Parameters
- $value

(string) Promotion notification email message text.
- $group

(BP_Groups_Group) Object holding the current group instance. Passed by reference.
- $promoted_to

(string) Role that the user was promoted to within the group.
- $group_link

(string) URL permalink for the group that the promotion was related to.
- $settings_link
-
(string) Removed in 2.5; now an empty string.
