Access to Product Features Will Stop

Once your subscription expires, your product license becomes inactive. This applies to all BuddyBoss subscriptions—whether for the BuddyBoss Theme, Platform Pro, BuddyBoss App, or any associated plugins.

You will lose access to:

  • Important security updates
  • Performance and bug fixes
  • New product features
  • Feature enhancements
  • The latest product versions
  • Licensed features

These updates are essential for keeping your site or app running smoothly and securely.

Support Access Paused

When your license expires, access to BuddyBoss support will be temporarily discontinued. If you run into any issues with your website or mobile app, our team will be able to assist you again once your subscription is renewed.

BuddyBoss App: Your Mobile App Will Stop Working

If your BuddyBoss App subscription expires:

  • Your published mobile app will no longer function
  • Your license cannot be reactivated—you will need to purchase a new subscription if you want to continue using the app
