Introduction

BuddyBoss Platform doesn’t include a built-in option to localize the default password reset email. To translate this message into your site’s language, use the Loco Translate plugin to override the relevant strings in the BuddyBoss text domains.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

Q: The email is still in English—what did I miss?
A: Make sure your site language under Settings > General > Site Language matches the language you added in Loco Translate, then clear any cache.

Q: I can’t find specific password-reset phrases—where are they?
A: Check both the BuddyBoss Platform and BuddyBoss Theme domains, and search by partial text to locate them.
