Document uploading is supported in Activity, Profiles, Groups, Messages, and Forums. This guide walks you through enabling and configuring document uploads for your community.

Enable Document Uploading
- Navigate to Dashboard > BuddyBoss > Settings.
- Click on the Media tab.
- Toggle Enable Document Uploading to ON.
- Click Save Changes.
Configure Upload Permissions
- Under Media Settings, locate the User Upload Permissions section.
- Select which user roles can upload documents (e.g., Members, Moderators, Administrators).
- Click Save Changes.
Set Document Upload Limits
- In the Media Settings panel, adjust the Maximum Upload Size to define the maximum file size allowed per document.
- Specify the Maximum Number of Documents Per Upload to control batch uploads.
- Click Save Changes.
Enable Folder Organization
- Scroll to the Documents section in Media Settings.
- Toggle Enable Document Folders to ON.
- Click Save Changes.
Test the Upload Feature
- Go to the front end of your site and navigate to an activity post, group, or private message.
