Introduction
This guide covers how to modify email templates for new discussions and discussion replies, as well as how to revert back to the default templates if needed.
Ensure Forums Are Enabled
- Open your Dashboard and navigate to BuddyBoss > Components.
- Confirm that the Forums feature is enabled.
Access Forum Email Tokens
- Go to BuddyBoss > Help and select BuddyBoss Platform > BuddyBoss Email > Email Tokens.
- Locate all the forum tokens available in the system for reference.
Configure Forum Emails
- Navigate to your BuddyBoss Dashboard > Emails.
- Locate the Forum Email template that you want to edit > Click Edit

Revert to Default Email Templates (If Needed)
- Navigate to BuddyBoss Tools > Repair Community.
- Click on Reset Emails to erase custom changes and restore the default email templates across the system.
- Click Repair Items.
