Troubleshooting & FAQs

Q: Why might some forums be invisible to certain users?
A: This could be due to privacy settings. Public forums are available to all, while private or hidden forums require specific permissions or login status.

Q: How do I adjust the depth of threaded replies?
A: Navigate to Settings > Forums and modify the reply threading options to set the number of nested levels allowed.

Q: What should I do if media uploads or emoji features aren’t working in discussions?
A: Verify that media settings are enabled in Settings > Media. If issues persist, check your integration settings for external services like Giphy.
