BuddyBoss Refund: Everything You Need to Know

Introduction

At BuddyBoss, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you decide not to use the product, you may be eligible for a full refund.

This article explains our refund process, timelines, and special conditions for different product types and order types.

Requesting a Refund

  1. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, send us a message via our Support Channels.
  2. We will issue a full refund if the request meets the conditions outlined in our Refund policy.

Refund Timeline and Processing

  1. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days or less.
  2. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Note: While we process the refund on time, PayPal or your financial institution may take up to 3 Weeks to reflect the refund in your account.

Refund Eligibility

14-Day Refund Period

Applies to the following products:

  • BuddyBoss Theme
  • BuddyBoss App (Monthly/Annual)
  • Done For You Service
  • Other BuddyBoss products

Note: If you initiate the review and/or publishing process of your BuddyBoss app within the 14-day refund period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund on the On-boarding, Review & Publishing Service.

Renewal Orders

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send a reminder about upcoming renewals, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal occurs if they do not wish to continue.

No refunds will be provided for subscription renewal payments under any circumstances. By not canceling before your renewal date, you are agreeing to pay the full amount of the renewal and will not be entitled to receive any refund.

What Happens When a Refund Is Processed

  • Original Payment Method: Funds are returned to the same card or account used for purchase.
  • Access Revoked: For product purchases (e.g., software licenses), access to the refunded product will be revoked upon completion of the refund process.
  • Support Service: With a refunded subscription, you can no longer access BuddyBoss’s customer support team. If you run into issues with your website or mobile app, our team cannot assist you until your subscription is renewed.
