At this time, this option is not yet available on the BuddyBoss Platform/Theme. This sounds like it might be a great idea for a feature request or enhancement. Make sure you've submitted your insight to our product board on our Roadmap page.
As a workaround, you can use the following third-party plugins:

- For Groups: https://buddyboss.com/integrations/buddypress-group-tabs-creator-pro/
These plugins will allow you to create, remove and modify the user profile tabs and group tabs with a simple and intuitive interface.
