We have hired a dedicated forum moderator

We are committed to bringing you superior customer service. We want happy customers.
We apologize that customer service has been less than ideal over the past several weeks. Due to the theme’s popularity we have not had the manpower available to answer all support questions in a timely manner. Last month we put up a job posting for a dedicated forum moderator and all around BuddyPress expert, and we have finally made our decision.
We are proud to introduce you to TJ Chester, the newest member of the BuddyBoss team. He has experience with WordPress, BuddyPress, PHP, CSS and HTML. He has also worked as a Google Search Engine Evaluator and as an Internet Marketing Specialist. He will be answering support forum questions and helping us market the theme. He’ll be working through the existing inquiries over the next week, and then you should expect a 24 hour turnaround time for most support inquiries going forward (not including weekends).

HI Michael, i am happy to hear that you are fine !
OK – i love the BuddyBoss Theme and in the last week i spend a lot of time for it.
I change and modify some things and get better and better in html – that´s nice.
Since i use your theme i´ve got 600 ! Members more in my Community – and the most of them are very happy.
So i hope i get the last little problems out of the way .
Thank you from Germany!

Hi Frank. I am fine indeed! I have just been very busy lately. I had to travel to Washington, Wisconsin and Miami over the last month for weddings and various events. I’m really happy to have a dedicated moderator to pick up the slack.
He’ll be responding to all forum posts over the next week and promptly to new ones, so we should get your problems fixed. Glad to hear that your community is up to 600 members now. That’s great!
