BP Global Search: add autofocus

Hi!

I’d like to sugges that you add the function autofocus to the BuddyPress Global Search search form so that the cursor is placed there automatically. This is a small improvement that highlights the search function for new users and improves user experience a little bit I think.

On second thought I’d like this to be a desktop only feature since it brings up the keyboard automatically when scrolling on the mobile version of the Boss. theme on every new page load, and that’s of course bad for user experience. Tested on an iPhone 6.
