- Restored Permalink layout.

- When creating a group, default avatar in group creation process is now correct.
- Favicon link is working correctly.
- Page margin is correct with admin bar turned on or off (28px margin).
- Color picker for navigation added.

- Admin bar displays News Feed and My Likes when Wall is activated.
- Images will display at full width when there is no sidebar.
- Filters no longer display on the Wall (they’re not supposed to).
